Back in 2007, we had been asked to assist in recruiting few potential students to undergo a conversion programme. There were lots of applications, of which we finally shortlisted it to last six. These students were then pursued their remaining undergraduate studies in Australia, UNSW to be exact.
Two years passed and these six students have succeeded in their study, of which five of them honored with 1st class degree. It was a moment of joy looking at their pics on their graduation day. Joy because I feel I was also part of their success.
To them Ee Von, Saiful Nizam, Ramizah, Saiful Anuar, Kiang Fei & Dinesh..you all are bunch of good students, brilliant but able to respect others, able to communicate well, thankful etc. You all are the product of a so called ‘well roundedness’. Speaking about thankfulness, read and comment below article (and make comparison):

Hi Mr Fadil,
Ramizah here. Thanks for still remembering us. I also would like to thank you for selecting us for the conversion program. Without you, all this success might still be out of reach for me. =)
Dear Mr Fadhil, I just got to read this post today. Thank you so much for helping us all through the way. We would never have made it to sydney without your kind assistance. Thanks for your kind words. And whatever we have achieved today, you were definitely a significant contributing factor. :)
