Work + Shop(ing)

We had an internal wokshop venued at the Orient Star Resort, Lumut last week. Dah lama tak ke tepi pantai...

WORK

Two and a half days of actual workhop + many-many days of preparation really stress me out. The only things that might spare my 'tiredness' was by looking at my bosses' face throughout the workshop. Pic shows thousand words....

The workshop started off with some icebreaking games lasted for half a day, followed by actual workshop on strategies and innitiative towards realizing the Reseach University aspiration. On the first two-day we ended up at 10.30pm considering many 'heavyweight' in each teams. (Prior to this the each team members were choosed by taking into consideration their position, experience and character). For obvious reason my boss and Dr Fakhruldin was not in the same team! We engaged outside facilitators for this workshop by the way...

So gald to be assisted by three dedicated scriber/rappertoire Tajul, Khaibad & Su during the workshop. You guys good!


SHOP

Maybe I was wrong in saying this but Bandar Lumut is a beautiful 'ghost' town...Beautifully decorated town that 'sleep' at 8pm (well maybe not over the weekend). I'm not able to do my shopping i.e. ikan bilis tamban, ikan bilis kering and ikan masin tenggiri until the last day on Saturday afernoon.

I guess this week onwards going to be a busy week again...consolidate workshop data and prepare neccessary reports, finalizing presentation tuk mengadap Tan Sri, etc. Will the other TE Secretariat help?
