SHAH ALAM: Teoh Beng Hock was not murdered or thrown out of a high building. That was the conclusion reached by British forensic pathologist Dr Peter Vanezis in his testimony this morning in the ongoing inquest into the possible death of the 30-year old political aide last July. Dr Vanezis, appointed by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to assist in the inquest, told coroner Azmil Muntapha Abas this morning that the injuries sustained by Teoh were consistent with a fall from a height, such as from the 14th floor to the fifth floor landing. He said this was based on his second post-mortem report he prepared on Dec 16 last year. The second autopsy was conducted on Nov 22 last year at the Sungai Buloh Hospital.

[komen] Dr Porn^#*@ shivering at home imagining what will happen to her career after losing her integrity. She was earlier testified 80% sure of a homicide TBH case.

The coroner's court also heard that Teoh was fully conscious during the time of his fall and landing. Dr Vanezis, who stated that he has 36 years experience in the field, including having written a paper on neck injuries and testified at Princess Diana's inquest, said while there were extensive bruising around Teoh's neck, there was no evidence that the injuries were due to the neck being compressed from strangulation, but it is the pattern of injury from the fall. "Injuries were entirely consistent from the fall, from the height." Dr Vaneziz testified that X-ray and CT scans indicated that Teoh's legs were shattered, which he said were consistent with a fall.

[komen] Blogger may start to speculate again on why TBH consciously taken his life? Was it got to do with rasuah, pecah amanah, saja2 nak jadi Superman? …Write more you’ll get contempt of court macam Nazri Aziz.

Dr Pornthip, engaged by the State government for the inquest, reportedly pulled out of the case, citing "political pressure". Teoh, former political aide to Seri Kembangan assemblyman and Selangor Exco Ean Yong Hian Wah, was found dead on the rooftop of the fifth floor of Plaza Masalam on July 16 last year after being questioned by MACC officers at their Selangor headquarters over alleged misuse of allocations by several Pakatan Rakyat assemblymen.

[komen] Gobind will have few more trick on this, I’m quite sure. The least he could say TBH mistakenly think that the window was actually a toilet (TBH was held overnight and did not get a good sleep). I always call for justice and would like to know the true cause of TBH’s death. However, in doing so one might need to stop talking and accusing (and don’t watch CSI too often).

DEREHEM

I remember a friend name Derehem, an Australian convert Muslim, came for a week to learn more about the Institution (that I was attached to before). He had a Malay girlfriend name Azura. I was tasked to ensure his welfare for that particular week. What I do not know was that arwah ni under neurotic depression (on heavy medication to control it) and he had an arguement/misunderstanding with his Malay girlfriend before joining the institution.

So that particular morning, I received a call from Derehem mentioning that he was not fit to work, which is acceptable. At 10am, I’d received a second call that morning but this time it was from a policeman asking me to identify a body of a man who hanged himself. (whom I know most, well at least for 1 week)

The feeling was unimaginable. It was a very terrible four days after that incident. Question now, should we ruled out depression in TBH case? Wallah huaklam.

Alfatihah Derehem Abdullah (Datuk Mufti ruled that the cause of death was due to heavy depression, the body was later buried following Muslim’s way)
