Hop hop hop

Sometimes you just can’t figure it out why YB hop hop hop? Hop here because my party was too much politicking than assisting the rakyat. Hop there because my party was tumbling down, the leaders no good. Hop hop hop because of so much reasons that only god knows why?

Next in line is Keshvinder Singh (some start to call him Cashvinder), DAP’s man in Malim Nawar. Uncle Lim & the smiling tiger from Penang already threatened to sue him and Datuk Hee for RM 5 mill while uncle Karpal & Gobind relaks dulu.

There’s two reasons Pakcik Atan & Uncle Tan might argue in kedai White Coffee Subramaniam, first one no other than cash laa. What else? Zambry might have tabur duit cos’ earlier DS Nizar claimed 3 – 4 BN YBs will hop to PR soon. Ngeh in a late statement (after could not figure it out himself on Kesh’s action earlier) claimed that Keshvinder was in cash strapped from car installment loan, blackmailed for misused of his legal firm’s money and kahwin in Selatan Thai. Blackmailed for RM45K? You must be kidding me considering Kesh was claimed to have been offered RM20 mills to hop party right after PRU13 (there was a police report also).

The second arguement between Pakcik Atan & Uncle Tan would be Keshvinder feel disgrace on how PR especially DAP bersaudara runs the party/PR and neglected their responsibility to the people in Perak, of which Ane Subra disagree to it totally. Ane Subra still claims that this was Samy Vellu’s fault, which his arguement was like never ending. To remind Kesh, thou he jump ship to BN now, not necessarily his voters wil hop too. As a lawyer (who supposed to be educated) he must be aware of the consequences of his action. He might not even get the chance to represent any party in the next PRU. So why hop as the next General election is just around the corner? Pakcik Atan, Uncle Tan & Ane Subra conversation stops there...

The third arguement (this is after the trio left) was DAP will have this scenario as a payback i.e. how BN took over the state before. This eventually will lead the three assemblyman (that was mentioned by DS Nizar) to crossover. Macam kes Nasarudin la..kita tengok la nanti!

P/s - I wonder whether Uncle Karpal will say "Bertaubatlah Kesh" as how he says it to DSAI before?..

Korea’s World Cup Dream..Malaysia?

Prinsip asas yang anda akan belajar tentang management adalah beberapa singkatan ayat yang mudah diingati sebagai PLOC – Planning, Leading, Organizing and Control. In a simpler word PLOC refers to a process/cycle in management. Kebanyakan dari kita sometimes too focused on the planning part, ending up lost steam towards the implementation (‘cos unable to provide good control or monitoring). Worst still if one unable to lead and organize.

Planning is very simple, a few brainstorm and workshop sessions will do. Leading and organizing might be tough but unable to monitor and control would be the worst part of all. What’s all these got to do with the  above title? Ontahlah…

WHITE RAJAH...LAGI

We were in Kuching last weekend having another round of interview. At night, we had dinner at the newly refurbished The White Rajah restaurant while having a good time with the Korea-Greece match up (and Abigail the waitress too :p~~). My mind was at the game so much that I was not enjoying the food at all. After all, who could enjoy hotel’s chicken breast ‘repertoire’ something..a chicken chop with spicy mushroom soup, covered by pasta. Mannn..pasta mama mia killed my appetite totally!

Anyway, I figure out we might need three Super Mokh and Ghani Minhat at the front line, five more James Wong, Dollah Salleh, Azizul Abu Hanifah in the midfield, another five Chin Aun, Zainal Abidin Hassan and Santokh in the back line (to exclude Shebby Singh kinda if any) and few Spidey Arumugam at the goalkeeper, just to make up squad for the next World Cup. Anything less than that gabish, no go, pocik yilek…Anyway, let’s put the past glorious moment of Malaysian football aside and start to think for the future.

In Malaysia, we produced good skilled young player. Four of our under 16 players sent to Chelsea for training had a good training record as compared to the local. Comes 17, 18 and so on, they’ll good enough to be Chelsea’s ball picker. Why this happen? Ontahlah..maybe we need to relook at our PLOC. There must be something somewhere that we’ve missed out in that cycle.

Until we figure out that, we are only as good as the cheer leader for the Korean team. Hoorey!!

At least aku belajar sesuatu jugak hari ni: -

a) Bila orang yang biasa terbang tinggi ni dah tertekan, they tend to put the blame on others. Dalam kes aku ni habis semua top management aku dikatanya tak buat kerja, auditor2 MQA mesti datang dari industri sebab orang2 akademik takde pengalaman katanya. Aku cool aje sebab aku tahu dia dah rambling tahap maksimum, sampai lap2 cermin mata kawan tu…hehe!

d) Finally, if you want to fight people, do it in your own backyard. Jangan pi London!

Aku pun tengah rambling ke ni?? Ahh..I need a short break too!!

100th

Ladies & Gentlemen, this is my one hundredth posting. I started blogging since 30th Sept. 2009. That should make up about 40% effort (average 12 postings in a month or a posting in every 2.5 days). Quite competitive for a new beginner, of course far behind if compared to political or ‘cut and paste’ kinda blog.

I must admit some of my writing personification might be too light, too narrow or even too static for the reader but I guess style of writing differs from one another. The more you read, the more it will becomes expressive and the deeper you’ll understand the writer.

Getting to the hundredth postings (in a short span of time) is definitely an achievement. You can write thousands in the FB Wall but it won’t be the same with blog. I did not mean for record breaking thou. It should suffice enough for me if I be able to understand horizontal communication i.e. Hablum minan Nas and hopefully lateral too, by reading and writing blogs.

Congratulation Capri! May you write many more..(huhu congrats diri sendiri)

And So I Win..

Finale Biggest Loser. We weighted our weight that morning and so I win. I lost 2 kilos. Magnificient? For the past 2 months? You must be kidding me. Seems like long way to go before getting the ideal 45.

Well at least my BMI has trimmed down to 24.5 (Normal BMI ranging from 18.5 - 24.9).

Hmmm...What would be the 'appropriate' hadiah to ask for?
